IOF News Service
IOF's mission includes outreach to increase awareness and understanding of osteoporosis. This is in part accomplished by bringing important news items and information about osteoporosis to the press. To this end a significant number of press releases and news articles are prepared by the IOF communications team each year. These are distributed directly to a large database of media contacts and provided to IOF members for translation and dissemination at the national level.
