Fonterra, Indonesia
After successful World Osteoporosis Day walkathon events last year, Fonterra Indonesia has since held 11 walkathons, involving 55,000 participants! The message relayed to participants is that better bone health can be achieved through a simple recipe: calcium consumption + 10,000 steps everyday. This reinforces the importance of regular weight bearing exercise in addition to nutrition for strong bones.
