Registration Fees

NOTE Registration fees do not include lunches and coffee breaks. This will be charged by the hotel or included in the accommodation package.

Cancellation and Name Change Policies

  • For cancellations received in writing by January 15, 2010 the course registration fee will be refunded with a deduction
    of 20% from this amount for administrative charges.
  • The course registration fee will not be refunded for cancellations received after January 16, 2010.
  • An administrative fee of 60 € will be charged for a name change after December 19, 2009.

Visa Attestation Request

Visa Attestation will only be sent on request to fully paid and registered participants. To check whether you need a visa, please visit http://www.diplomatie.gouv.fr/

Complimentary Airport Shuttle

A complimentary shuttle bus to Lyon St. Exupéry airport will be provided at 12:30 on Thursday February 4, 2010.
