1 | Mix flour with eggs Mix sugar with milk and bring to a boil. Add flour-egg mixture and stir until thick and smooth. |
2 | Grease a casserole dish. Place the black currants in the casserole dish and pour the pudding mixture over the currants. |
3 | Bake at 220 °C ( ca. 425 ° F, or 'hot') for 25-30 minutes until the mixture solidifies. Serve warm or cold. |
