2 cups 1 tsp 1 tbsp |
flour 1 egg salt oil |
300 g 1 tsp 1 tsp |
mince or ground meat 1 medium sized onion salt black pepper |
Yoghurt Sauce | Tomato Sauce | ||
1 cup 1 tsp |
yoghurt 1 clove garlic mint |
1 tbsp | olive oil 1 large tomato |

Filling | |
1 | First chop the onion, place in a saucepan, fry until the colour changes, add the mince and other filling ingredients, stir until done. |
Pasta | |
2 | In a bowl, whisk together the egg, oil, 1 tablespoon water and salt. Add the egg mixture gradually to the flour. |
4 | Knead on a lightly floured surface for 5 minutes (until smooth and elastic). Roll out half of the dough until 1mm thick. Cut with a knife into small squares. |
5 | Put a small amount of filling on each of the squares, and close the squares so that each end meets. Repeat the same procedure for the rest of the dough. |
6 | Cook the filled pasta in a large pan of rapidly boiling water for 10-15 minutes. |
Yoghurt Sauce | |
7 | Mix yoghurt, salt, garlic and mint. |
Tomato Sauce | |
8 | Mix oil and the chopped tomato to a paste. Cook for a few minutes. |
Serving | |
9 | Top each serving with some of the yoghourt and tomato sauce. |
