8 eggs grated Tomme de Savoie cheese butter, cut into morsels cream Nutmeg, salt and pepper |
Preparation | |
---|---|
1 | Beat the eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and a little freshly ground nutmeg, mix well. |
2 | Heat with butter in a double boiler. |
3 | Stir continuously with a wooden spoon and add morsels of butter as the eggs cook. |
4 | When creamy in texture, add the Tomme de Savoie cheese and cream, stirring constantly. Serve immediately. |
