Cash Dispenser / ATM
A cash dispenser / ATM is located within the adjacent shopping of the Meeting Venue. All major credit cards are accepted.
City Information Desk
The City Information Desk is available during Exhibition opening hours within Exhibition Area. Please approach the Singapore Tourism Board Booth.
Children
IOF delegates are asked to refrain from taking children and accompanying persons to any scientific session. Registered guests and children (as accompanying persons) are welcome to relax in the various rest areas, however, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Please contact the hotel’s housekeeping for assistance on baby sitting facilities.
Coffee and Refreshments
At given times, Coffee breaks are served with the Exhibition & Poster Areas for participants, registered accompanying persons and Exhibitors that purchased the Coffee Breaks and Lunches packages. Coffee, refreshments and snacks can be purchased from several cash locations within the adjacent Shopping Area.
Dress Code
Dress is informal throughout the entire Meeting. IOF, however, reserves the right to refuse access when deemed necessary for the comfort and safety of all delegates.
First Aid
First Aid will be available during Meeting hours and can be reached by dialing “0” for the hotel operator via house phone. The nearest hospital is Raffles Hospital, 585 North Bridge Road, Singapore 188770 and their 24-Hour Emergency number is +65 6311 1555
Hotel Information Desk
The Hotel Desk is located in the Registration Area during Meeting opening hours.
Internet Corner
The Internet Corner, sponsored by Servier, will be available to all delegates during Meeting hours.
Language
English is the official Meeting language. No translation is provided.
Liability and Insurance
The Meeting organizer (IOF), the Meeting Venue (Raffles Convention City Centre, Fairmont Singapore, the Swissôtel The Stamford Singapore), its official appointed agencies for Registration (MCI Suisse SA), the Housing Bureau (MCI Suisse SA) and Exhibition/Sponsor Relationships (MCI Asia Pacific Group Pte. Ltd.) and any suppliers, representatives or agents linked to the organization of the Meeting shall not be held liable by any person for any injury, damage, theft, loss, medical problem or inconvenience which may be suffered by any person while traveling to or from, or during such person’s presence in Singapore in connection with this Meeting. Participants and their guests are advised to purchase their own insurance against any such occurrences.
Lunches and Coffee Breaks
Official lunches will be served in the Stamford Ballroom. Official coffee breaks and desserts will be provided in the Exhibition and Poster Area.

Message Centre
A Message Centre is available during the Meeting for leaving and receiving written messages by the Servier sponsored internet corner.
Mobile Phones
Please be respectful of speakers and fellow delegates and switch off mobile devices during all sessions.
Parking
The Venue has a basement parking for up to 1000 vehicles.
Monday - Friday
0800 – 1700 hrs
$2.00 for 1st hour and subsequent 15 minutes $0.50
Saturday/Sunday and Public Holidays
0800hrs – 0800 hrs (the next day)
$2.00 for first 2 hours and subsequent 15 minutes is $0.30
Security and Emergency Procedures
In case of an emergency - dial (the call is free within Singapore):

Any security problems or concerns should be reported to hotel security staff will handle any emergency situation and everyone is asked to follow the instructions announced over the loudspeaker system. Emergency exits are marked with green exit signs.
Smoking Restrictions
In indoor public areas such as restaurants, bars, meeting venue and public transports such as flights, buses, trains, metros and taxis, smoking is NOT permitted by law in Singapore.
IOF thanks all participants and exhibitors for not smoking at the Raffles Convention City Centre at all times. This includes the meeting rooms, exhibition & poster areas, restrooms, snack bars, and within 100 metres of the main entrances and exits of the Swissôtel The Stamford Singapore and the Fairmont Singapore Hotel.
