Preparation
1 Mix flour with eggs Mix sugar with milk and bring to a boil. Add flour-egg mixture and stir until thick and smooth.
2 Grease a casserole dish. Place the black currants in the casserole dish and pour the pudding mixture over the currants.
3 Bake at 220 °C ( ca. 425 ° F, or 'hot') for 25-30 minutes until the mixture solidifies. Serve warm or cold.
