  • 150 g Tilsiter cheese
  • 150 g Edamer cheese
  • 200 g celery stalks
  • 200 g blue grapes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp medium-strength mustard
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp walnut oil
  • 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • Some lettuce leaves for the garnish
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 slice wholemeal bread
  1. Cut cheese into cubes or strips. Wash celery and slice. Wash grapes, cut in halves.
  2. Put cheese, celery and grapes in a bowl.
  3. Mix salt, pepper, mustard, vinegar and ol into a dressing and add to the cheese-celery-grape-salad.
  4. Marinade the salad for 10 minutes at room temperature.
  5. Wash salad leaves and arrange on serving plates.
  6. Add parsley to the cheese salad and serve with choppd walnuts on top.
