Note: You can use different sorts of sour milk or sour cream products in the dressing.

Ingredients

1/2 dl
curly kale
1 orange, peeled
6 dried apricots
walnuts
yoghurt (0,1% fat)
whipped cream
   

 

Preparation
1 Rinse the curly kale carefully. Remove the rough stalks, and chop in a food-processor or with a knife.
2 Cut the orange in small pieces. Cut the apricots in small pieces and chop the walnuts roughly.
3 Whip the cream soft but not stiff. Mix the cream and yoghurt with salt. Mix the curly kale, orange, apricots and walnuts into the cream.
