Dried small shrimps and bean curd supply us with a high protein content and calcium.

Note: You can find dried shrimp at any oriental grocery or in the oriental food department of large super markets. Kept refrigerated, the dried shrimp should last for months.

Ingredients
  50 g
 200 g

1 tbsp
dried small shrimps
bean curd (tofu)
some cooking wine
oil
chopped green onions, to taste
chopped fresh ginger, to taste
   

 

Preparation
1 Soak the dried small shrimps in water until they expand, then clean them.
Dice the bean curd (tofu).
2 Heat the oil in a wok, add the chopped green onions and ginger first and stir until you can smell the aroma, then add the bean curd dices and cooking wine.
3 Pour in enough water to make a soup and cook on low heat for 15 min.
