feta cheese
walnuts
rucola
ca. 1/2 garlic clove (use more or less as desired)
extra virgin olive oil
ground pepper
baguette or other similar bread, in slices for toasting
   

 

Preparation
1 Use a fork to crumble and finely crush the feta cheese. Finely chop the walnuts. Mince the rucola. Press the garlic.
2 Mix all ingredients with the olive oil and add pepper to taste.
3 Spread the mixture on toasted bread slices.
