cod or haddock fillets
cream
tomato purée
grated cheese
potato-flour
salt
thyme

 

Preparation
1 Preheat the oven 220°C.
2 Cut or slice the fish and put in an oven-proof dish and sprinkle it with half of the salt.
3 Mix the cream, tomato purée, cheese, potato starch, salt and thyme. Pour over the fish.
 Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Serve with potatoes (fried potatoes) and salad.
