Ingredients
    1 kg
  50 g
100 g
1 tbsp
1 tbsp
 
milk
rice (uncooked)
sugar
soaked and chopped almonds and pistachio
cardomom powder
Saffron leaves - 5
   

 

Preparation
1 Boil the milk and reduce the flame.
2 Add pre washed uncooked rice to milk and keep cooking until the rice is cooked.
3 Add sugar to the milk and rice mixture and keep cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
Add the nuts, cardamom and saffron leaves.
4 Serve either cold or hot, as preferred.
