  •     1 kg firm Tofu (calcium-set)
  •     2 tsp. salt
  •     2 tsp oil
  •     4 Tbsp (60ml) soy sauce
  •     2 Tbsp water
  •     1 tsp Korean red pepper powder
  •     1 tsp sesame oil
  •     2 tsp sesame seeds
  •     Ground black pepper
  •     4 green onions, chopped
  •     2 Pinches of Korean shredded red pepper

 

  1. Cut the tofu into about 1cm thick slices and sprinkle with salt.
  2. Pan fry the tofu with oil until golden brown on both sides.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, water, red pepper powder, sesame seeds, sesame oil, black pepper and chopped green onions and spread over the pan fried Tofu.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded red pepper on the top.
