Lemonisu with Raspberries

mascarpone cream cheese
fresh full cream (whipping cream)
1 envelope vanilla sugar

lemon syrup
fresh raspberries (or other berries)
ladyfinger biscuits 


1 Combine crème fraiche and mascarpone. Add vanilla sugar. Add grated peel of one lemon and 2 tbsp. lemon juice. Gently stir in the whipped-cream.
2 Mix together: juice from 3 lemons, 3 tbsp. powdered sugar, 3 tbsp. lemon syrup.
3 Place half the ladyfinger biscuits side-by-side in a large casserole with the sugared side down. Sprinkle generously with the syrup mixture.
4 Cover with at least ¾ of the berries. Sprinkle lightly with sugar. Spread one half of the crème mixture over the berries. Cover berries with another layer of ladyfinger biscuits (sugar side down) and sprinkle generously with syrup. Cover the biscuit layer with the rest of the crème mixture. Spread evenly. Decorate with remaining berries. 

Keep covered in refrigerator for about 4 hours before serving.
