Ingredients

1 tbsp
1/2 head lettuce
edamer cheese
emmental cheese
fontina cheese
low-fat yoghurt
1 bunch fresh parsley
extra-virgin olive oil
salt & pepper
   

 

Preparation
1 Strip the leaves off the lettuce, wash and dry them. Arrange them to form 8 little baskets.
2 Cut cheeses in thin, little strips and fill the lettuce baskets with them.
3 To prepare the dressing, gently whip the yoghurt with oil, salt and pepper.
4 Put the adequate quantity of dressing over each of the baskets.

Garnish with little tufts of parsley and serve immediately.
