Preparation
1 Boil maccaroni until soft and drain.
2 Melt butter in a sauce pan and add maccaroni, stir for 5 minutes, then add cheese, folding it into the pasta.
3 Stir for two minutes, then put it in a serving dish, sprinkle with parsley.
