  • 300 g yoghurt
  • 4 tbsp oat (quick oats, steel cut oats, or oat flakes)
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 ripe mango
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  1. Roast sunflower seeds without fat until they are golden. Put them on a plate and let them cool down.
  2. Peel mango and cut into cubes. Cut banana into slices. Put 1 tbsp lime juice on half of the fruits in a bowl.
  3. Mash the rest of the fruits together in a bowl, adding 1 tbsp lime juice. Mix fruit puree with yoghurt and 1 tbsp of honey. Mix in oat flakes.
  4. Serve together with sunflower seeds and rest of the fruits and drizzle with 1/2 tbsp of honey.
