Ingredients

425 ml                   10 g

flour
3 eggs
milk
salt
oil
   

 

Preparation
1 Prepare a rather thick paste from the ingredients and let it stand a while.
2 Fry the mixture in hot butter until the bottom is golden brown, then turn it and immediately break it up into pieces.
3 Continue frying until all the pieces are lightly browned and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon if desired. 
Serve with applesauce or stewed pears.
