  • 40 g. whole wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 dl milk
  • Salt, nutmeg
  • 15 g Butter for cooking



  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 2 shallots, finely diced
  • 100 g mixed nuts – finely diced (walnuts, hazel nuts, pine nuts, pistachio)
  • 1 hand full chives, finely diced
  • 150 g. quark (or substitute with fromage frais or fromage blanc)
  1. Crepes: Mix all ingredients for the crepes in a bowl, and place in a cool spot for ca. 1 hour.
  2. Filling: Melt butter in a pan and cook the shallots until tender. Add nuts and cook for a few minutes, adding salt, pepper to taste. Add the chives and the quark, mixing well. Keep warm.
  3. In a hot frying pan with melted butter, cook 4 small crepes. Spoon the nut mixture evenly divided onto each of the four crepes, roll up. Serve warm.
