Ingredients

  80 g
 
    2 dl
 
Nutella (or apple sauce is also a favourite)
flour (white or whole grain flour)
2 eggs
milk
sprinkle of salt
   

 

Preparation
1 Mix all the crepe ingredients together. Use an egg beater for a smooth batter.
2 Pour batter for individual crepes into a very hot, slightly buttered non-stick frying pan. Turn over when bubbly and the edges don't stick. The batter is sufficient for ca. 4 crepes.
3 Place on a plate and spread half of the crepe thinly with nutella. Fold over.
