  • 600 g yoghurt
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 mango
  • 100 g oats (quick oats or steel cut oats, or oat flakes)
  • 2 tbsp cashews
  • 2 tbsp almonds
  • 50 g liquid honey, 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  1. Preheat oven to 175 °C.
  2. Mix oat flakes, cashews, almonds, 50 g honey and oil in a bowl.
  3. Put the mixture on a baking sheet covered with non-stick spray or baking paper.
  4. Put into oven for 15 minutes. Turn from time to time.
  5. Mix coconut flkes after 12 minutes.
  6. Cool the muesli mix in a bowl.
  7. Get pips out of pomegranate. Cut mango into cubes. Put muesli mix, yoghurt and fruits into 4 bowls and sprinkle them with honey.
