Ingredients

  30 g
2 tbsp
1.5 cups
300 g
2 onions sliced
butter
flour
boullion
potatoes, sliced
2 celery sticks, sliced

1 tsp

1.5 cups
250 g
3 carrots, sliced
salt
dash of white pepper
cod or haddock fillets
milk
cheese, grated

 

Preparation
1 Remove the skin and bones from the fish fillets. 
Fry the onion in the butter until it is soft. 
Add the flour and stir.
2 Then add the bouillon slowly and stir carefully. 
Add all the vegetables and spices.
 Seal the pan and simmer at low heat for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked.
3 Add the milk and half of the cheese. 
Place the fish fillets on top and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and simmer for another 5 minutes. 
Served with fresh salad and bread.
