Ingredients
 
  80 g
  40 g
2 tbsp
8 eggs
grated Tomme de Savoie cheese
butter, cut into morsels
cream
Nutmeg, salt and pepper
   

 

Preparation
1 Beat the eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and a little freshly ground nutmeg, mix well.
2 Heat with butter in a double boiler.
3 Stir continuously with a wooden spoon and add morsels of butter as the eggs cook.
4 When creamy in texture, add the Tomme de Savoie cheese and cream, stirring constantly. Serve immediately.
