  • 500 g soba noodles
  • 400 g green soy beans
  • 150 g shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Fish sauce
  • Cayenne pepper
  1. Cook noodles and soy beans according to package instructions. Drain.
  2. Clean shiitake mushrooms and cut into fine slices.
  3. Roast sesame briefly in hot oil and then add the mushrooms, cook for 2-3-minutes.
  4. Toss in the noodles and soy beans, and spice with soy sauce, fish sauce and cayenne pepper before serving.
