Ingredients

1 small can of tuna, in water, drained
1 spring onion, finely chopped
1 bunch of parsley, finely chopped
2 sardines, finely chopped
tofu, in small cubes
quark cheese (or replace with curd cheese,
or fromage frais if quark cheese unavailable)
cottage cheese
salt and pepper to taste

 

Preparation
1 Use a fork to finely mash the tuna
Add the other ingredients to the tuna and mix to make a creamy spread
2 Spread on bread (also toasted..) and add egg slices on top.
3 Makes a great appetizer or lunch, accompanied by fresh green salad.
