Ingredients

1 tbsp
1 tsp
2 tbsp
yoghurt
2- 3 cucumbers
4 cloves garlic
dill and parsley
mint
olive oil
   

 

Preparation
1 Wash and peel the cucumbers and grate them. Mix into the yoghurt.
2 Add chopped garlic and salt, to your personal taste.

The chopped parsley, mint and dill are sprinkled over the top.
3 Finally, add olive oil for decoration. Excellent served as a dip too, with flatbread or crackers.
