  • 500 mL vanilla yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 300 g fresh raspberries
  • 150 g quartered small strawberries
  • 150 g fresh blackberries
  • 70 g sugar
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 4 whole-grain waffles, toasted

 

  1. Spoon yoghurt and honey into a bowl – stir to combine.
  2. Combine berries with sugar and juice; let stand 5 minutes.
  3. Place 1 waffle on each of 4 plates; top each serving with 1 cup fruit mixture, about 80 mL yogurt mixture.
