Ingredients
Main Ingredients Dressing
200 g
 
200 g
1 tbsp
 
watercress
1 bunch of radishes (or more if desired)
fresh mushrooms (white or brown)
oil or butter
Walnuts, chopped, if desired
1 tsp
2 tbsp
3 tbsp
 
mustard
lemon juice
olive or walnut oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 bunch of fresh chopped chives

 

Preparation
1 Wash, drain and dry the watercress, remove any large stems. Place in one large bowl or in separate plates.
Wash, dry and thinly slice radishes.
2 Chop or slice mushrooms, cook mushrooms 5 minutes in hot butter or oil. Allow to cool.
Whisk all ingredients for dressing, add the radishes and mushrooms to dressing.
3 Spread mixture over the watercress.

Sprinkle freshly chopped chives over the salad.
